Job description:

The successful candidate will provide support and leadership in the field of environmental assessment, sustainable development and a range of other environmental management fields. The candidate should have experience in managing Basic Assessments and/or ESIAs in South Africa. Experience in an allied specialist sub-discipline (e.g. biodiversity, socio-economic assessment, air quality, climate change) will be an advantage.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

The candidate must:

•  Have a Degree in Environmental Management (Honours or higher) or other relevant degree.

• Be a registered EAP or Pr.Sci.Nat.

• Have approximately 3 – 10 years of relevant experience.

• Have a valid passport, driver’s licence and own transport.

• Be willing to travel within South Africa and possibly Southern Africa.
