Registration Now Open | Mid-Year Recapping Environmental Legal Changes 2026 (EAPASA Accredited)
Following the positive feedback received after the January 2025 and January 2026 Environmental Legal Update Webinars, the annual update has now been restructured into a twice-yearly Environmental Legal Update Series, allowing considerably more time for practical discussion, real-life examples and delegate interaction.
The attached programme sets out the topics to be covered during the Mid-Year Environmental Legal Update, which will be presented on the following dates: 30 & 31 July 2026 or 13 & 14 August 2026
The July and August presentations contain identical content and are offered purely as alternative presentation dates.
To maximise flexibility, delegates may attend:
✔ Day 1 only
✔ Day 2 only
✔ Both days
or even combine attendance across both presentations. For example, you may attend Day 1 on 30 July and Day 2 on 14 August, or any other combination of the four available dates to suit your schedule.

🎤 Interactive DFFE Discussion
Officials from the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) have confirmed their attendance on Day 1 to respond to delegates’ questions regarding the practical implementation of the new National Dust Control Regulations.
⚖️ NEW for 2026 – Environmental Legal Clinic
An optional interactive afternoon discussion session where delegates are encouraged to raise practical compliance questions, discuss real-life scenarios and explore the practical application of new legislation in an informal, supportive environment.
🎓 EAPASA Category 1 CPD
- Day 1 only: 0.25 EAPASA Category 1 CPD Point
- Day 2 only: 0.25 EAPASA Category 1 CPD Point
- Both training days: 0.5 EAPASA Category 1 CPD Point
Attend both the Mid-Year and Year-End Environmental Legal Updates to earn a total of 1.0 EAPASA Category 1 CPD Point for the 2026 series.
