The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, has published, for implementation, (Government Gazette number No 4542 dated 20 March 2024), in terms of sections 29(1) and 32(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), publish the Industry Waste Tyre Management Plan.
