Course Outline: This course provides essential skills for managing ESG concerns, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, issue assessment, and effective reporting.

1. Recognise the impact ESG has upon an organisation
2. Identify stakeholders by relationship type
3. Understand how stakeholders affect, and can be affected by the organisation and its ESG concerns
4. Describe materiality and double materiality
5. Set goals to manage issues within the organisation
6. Distinguish sustainable development goals
7. Display knowledge of publishing ESG performance reports
