Registration fees include:
- Entrance to all sessions
- Printed programme and conference
- material
- Tea, lunch and refreshments on
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Meet & Greet Cocktail Dinner on Tuesday
- Shebeen Braai Dinner on Wednesday
- Gala Dinner on Thursday
Registration fees exclude:
- Travel and accommodation
- Breakfasts should be booked with accommodation (or self-catering).
- All drinks other than the soft drinks provided with lunch and sponsored drinks at dinner.
- A cash bar will be available.
- Day delegate fees exclude dinner costs. These must be booked for separately.
Cut Off Dates
Registration and payment will close on Tuesday 22 July 2025. Please note that no registrations will be processed after this date, as IAIAsa must finalise participant numbers with the venue.
Only delegates paid by 22 July 2025 will be allowed access to the conference. Please arrange your purchase orders timeously. No exceptions for late payment will be made.
