Registration Fees

All conference participants, including presenters, are required to register for the conference at the posted rates. IAIAsa does not pay travel expenses or accommodation for participants or presenters. Payment of all fees by 8 August 2024 is required to participate in this event; cash payments and registrations on-site will not be accepted.

Cancellation requests received by 8 August 2024 can receive a refund less a R1000 processing fee. Refunds will only be processed after the conference. After 8 August 2024, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions may be made without financial penalty.

Registration and Payment will close on Monday 8 August 2024.

ONLY DELEGATES PAID BY 8 August 2024 WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE CONFERENCE. Please arrange your purchase orders timeously. No exceptions for late payment can be made.
