Attached hereto please find a questions and responses document relating to the relationship between the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, the National Appeal Regulations and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Also attached is our previous communication in this regard as Annexure A, for ease of reference. Following the distribution of Annexure A on 3 September 2021 a number of further questions were received which are now addressed in the attached Questions and Responses Document.
